The Problem

Time2Talk Leadership had built a strong reputation in leadership training and organisational growth—but their brand hadn’t evolved with their offering. The existing identity lacked clarity, consistency, and visual strength across modern platforms. As they expanded into new industries and delivery modes, they needed a brand that could speak with authority and warmth—online, in workshops, and at the executive table.

Objectives

  • Refresh the brand identity while honouring the existing recognition and structure
  • Create a modern, professional look that communicates clarity and capability
  • Refine logo usage rules and create a consistent visual system across materials
  • Introduce a more flexible colour palette and typography system
  • Equip the team with templates, styles, and icons for seamless delivery

Strategy

We began by enhancing the original logo—not reinventing it, but refining it. The signature speech bubble and “2” were retained, symbolising dialogue and leadership. We introduced a unified colour palette centered on lime green and granite, balanced by greys and whites, with an extended accent range for charts and graphics.

The typography was updated to Roboto, a clear and accessible font system that supports learning and digital environments. We developed robust visual examples across slides, diagrams, and learning assets. A curated icon system (Material Icons Rounded 300 weight) added further flexibility and polish to workshop materials, digital content, and future web rollout.

Key Outcome

The refreshed identity gave Time2Talk a modern, accessible, and credible look—ready for scale and relevance in a rapidly evolving training market. With clear guidelines and brand tools in hand, the internal team can now communicate with consistency and confidence across every client touchpoint.

Time2Talk is now visually aligned with the leadership it inspires.
