The Problem
Michelle Redfern has built three powerful brands—Michelle Redfern, Advancing Women in Business & Sport, and Lead to Soar—each with influence and credibility. But visually and strategically, they existed in silos. There was no unified brand experience, no consistent identity, and no shared messaging. As her influence grew globally, so did the need for a connected, scalable system across her personal brand, media platforms, leadership work, and flagship book The Leadership Compass.
Objectives
- Unify three distinct brands under one cohesive identity system
- Create a consistent look and feel across digital, print, and event materials
- Design a bold but elegant visual identity that reflects Michelle’s impact and voice
- Develop messaging and visual assets to support her book launch and ongoing thought leadership
- Build a website that brings all facets of her work into one destination
Strategy
We built an integrated brand architecture that gave each brand its own identity while tying them together visually and emotionally.
We designed three complementary logos—each expressive, handwritten, and symbolic—with bespoke icons: the speech bubble (conversation and clarity), the bird in flight (soaring beyond limits), and the female symbol (equality and action). A rich teal palette with brush textures and dynamic typography added energy and cohesion.
We developed brand guidelines, social media templates, banners, digital collateral, and book assets. Finally, we designed a modern, intuitive website that houses all her offerings—consulting, speaking, courses, community, and content—under one digital roof.
Key Results / Outcome
Michelle launched with a brand system that not only unifies her work but amplifies it. Her digital presence feels premium, personal, and purposeful. The new visual language aligns with her leadership mission and elevates every touchpoint—from her LinkedIn posts to global keynotes to the cover of The Leadership Compass.
Michelle Redfern’s brand now matches her message: bold, brilliant, and built to lead.
