Brand Refresh & Visual Identity System

The project began with a complete refresh of the Global Reviews visual identity system to better reflect the professionalism, maturity, and future-focused direction of the business.

We redesigned and refined the Global Reviews logo suite, ensuring the identity worked consistently across both digital and corporate applications. Alongside the updated logos, we developed an expanded visual language that introduced a refreshed colour palette, modern typography system, custom gradients, and a broader set of supporting brand assets.

A major focus of the rebrand was creating a stronger sense of consistency and recognisability across all touchpoints. To achieve this, we designed a series of bespoke graphic elements and custom journey-line assets that visually represented movement, connection, growth, and customer progression throughout the Global Reviews ecosystem. These elements became a key part of the refreshed identity and were designed to flex across presentations, website sections, social content, marketing collateral, and internal documentation.

The updated visual system was developed with scalability in mind, ensuring the Global Reviews team could continue expanding the brand while maintaining consistency across future campaigns, communications, and digital experiences.

Brand Assets, Templates & Internal Rollout

To support the implementation of the refreshed identity across the organisation, Alchemy8 created a comprehensive suite of branded templates and supporting collateral designed for day-to-day business use.

This included:

  • Social media templates
  • PowerPoint presentation templates
  • Microsoft Word document templates
  • Branded layout systems
  • Supporting graphic assets and visual elements

The template suite was designed to improve consistency across both internal and external communications while giving the Global Reviews team flexibility to create content efficiently without compromising the integrity of the brand.

Particular attention was given to presentation and document design to ensure the refreshed visual identity translated effectively into client-facing materials, sales presentations, reporting documents, and ongoing marketing communications.

Webflow Development & CMS Implementation

Alongside the brand refresh, Alchemy8 led the build and rollout of the new Global Reviews website in Webflow, creating a more scalable and flexible digital experience aligned with the updated visual identity.

Using a refined Webflow framework as the foundation, we customised and expanded the site extensively through the development of bespoke sections, reusable components, branded layouts, and custom functionality tailored specifically to the needs of the Global Reviews team and content structure.

The website build focused on improving usability, consistency, scalability, and ease of internal content management while maintaining a polished and cohesive front-end experience.

As part of the development process, we implemented a CMS-driven architecture that allowed Global Reviews to easily manage and expand key areas of the site internally. Custom CMS collections and dynamic page structures were created across multiple sections, including:

  • Careers
  • Insights
  • Logos

We also developed reusable custom components throughout the website to streamline future expansion and ensure design consistency across evolving content and pages.

The result was a more flexible and future-ready website experience that allowed the Global Reviews team to independently manage updates while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence online.
