Alchemy8 is a brand consultancy and creative agency that blends strategy, storytelling, and design to build brands with purpose and clarity.

We’re opening our studio to a Social Media Marketing Intern who’s passionate about filming, editing, and bringing stories to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the Founder Stream Network.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our creative team to produce engaging digital content, support behind-the-scenes shoots, and help turn brand strategy into visual storytelling.

Key tasks include:

• Filming and editing short-form content (mostly Reels and TikToks) in a natural, BTS-style
• Editing short- and long-form video content for social media and campaigns
• Cutting, subtitling, and adapting clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Founder Stream
• Collaborating with the team to storyboard and execute creative campaign ideas
• Repurposing and scheduling content across platforms with consistent brand voice and visuals
• Organising and managing video assets in a content library
• Experimenting with creative formats to make founder stories engaging and shareable
• Supporting studio days and filming sessions in Melbourne
• Learning how strategy, content, and design come together to build real brands

Who You Are

• A uni student or recent grad excited to build hands-on content experience this season
• Confident filming and editing mobile-first and digital-first content
• Proficient with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Has a strong sense of storytelling and pacing for online audiences
• In touch with what performs on Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram
• Ideally studying or graduated in film, media, communications, marketing, or design
• Bonus: skills in motion graphics, animation (After Effects)
